Refunds & Returns
It’s Clingy’s mission to ensure you absolutely LOVE our product. But if, for any reason, you are not happy with your product within 14 days of delivery, you may return your product/s for a full refund. Clingy does not accept exchanges. If you've purchased a bundled product, and wish to return it, the entire bundle must be returned.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to provide you with instructions for returning. Please note, any return shipping costs will be incurred by the purchaser. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days of Clingy Fibers receiving the returned product.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Although we always conduct strict quality control checks, if you believe your product to be damaged or faulty, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for the item/s to be shipped back to us and can offer either a replacement or full refund.
